Paul has been an active non-executive director of the company since 2014. An engineer by background, Paul has 25 years experience of working in large multinationals, including Pirelli, Ernst and Young and Fidelity, and has been involved in a number of small-to-medium size business both as a director and as an investor. He has sat on the boards of over 20 companies and more recently was executive chairman of Acoura Group, a supply chain compliance group based in Edinburgh.
Chief Operating Officer.
Oliver Tedcastle joined the board of Redeem Holdings Limited in March 2014 as Chief Financial Officer from EMC, one of our subsidiary companies, where he held the position of Finance Director. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 18 years’ experience in finance and senior commercial finance roles. Having qualified with mid-tier firm UHY, he spent a further 4 years at Ernst & Young before moving into pharmaceuticals with Perceptive Informatics. After a successful 4 years as CFO, he was appointed as Chief Operating Officer charged with taking a broader role across the business to develop and support its strategic and operational direction.
Managing Director UK.
Jim brings a wealth of experience to the company, having spent 18 years in the mobile industry. He has worked in global leadership roles with the likes of T-Mobile, Motorola, and LG. He was most recently the Managing Director for BrightStar UK, a position he held for over three years.
Managing Director International.
Simon has a Master’s in Business Management and Marketing and has been with Redeem for over 12 years, playing a pivotal role in shaping and growing the businesses take-back strategy. He has had various roles including Director of Marketing, Director of Commercial Development and Director of Group Business Development.
Director of Group Finance.
Tiziana joined Redeem in July 2015. She is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years’ experience in commercial finance, financial accounting and reporting & compliance, living and working in both the UK and Australia. She spent eight years at KPMG working across a variety of disciplines including audit, forensic investigations and transaction services, 7 years in a range of industry sectors including Financial Services, FMCG and Retail.
Director of Group IT.
Roger has over 20 years’ experience in senior management roles in IT. He joined the company in April 2017 with responsibility for all of the IT teams across the Redeem Group. He is tasked with establishing the company’s future IT vision in line with Redeems growth strategy. Previously, Roger has led IT teams at RR Donnelley, Schawk and Seven Worldwide, amongst others, working with many multinational companies delivering strategic IT initiatives driving added business value through the use of technology.
Managing Director – Iberia.
Raul has over 30 years' experience in the consumer electronic industry. He joined Redeem in 2014 following roles in Polaroid, Canon and most recently Ericsson Mobile Iberia and Sony Ericsson Iberia where he was Managing Director. He is currently Managing Director for our Spanish Operation located in Madrid.
Husni El Assi
Managing Director - Middle-East.
Husni has significant experience in sales and marketing within the telecom consultancy field as well as the consumer and field marketing industry with a successful track record within a Director position at a field marketing agency based in Dubai. He has lived in Dubai for 30 years and has over 25 years’ experience in the IT and telecoms industry including a Head of Business Unit role for Ericsson and Sony Ericsson Mobile phones & Accessories.
Managing Director – Nordics.
Peter joined Redeem in January 2017. He has over 25 years of managerial experience, having worked in senior roles at a number of companies, across different sectors, with a specific focus on industrial manufacturing. Peter joins Redeem from NAF AB, a Swedish manufacturing business. Peter also has experience working for Relacom, the leading provider of telecoms network services to the likes of TeliaSonera, Tele2, Telenor and Ericsson.
Peter will be responsible for the further expansion of Redeem’s business in the Nordics which works with all the major network operators in the region.
Managing Director Central Europe.
Gerhard joined Redeem in 2015 and has over 25 years' experience within the consumer electronics industry. His previous experience includes management roles within Fujitsu, Fujitsu-Siemens, Sony Ericsson and Lenovo. He has an Executive MBA in Business Management as well as a PHD. Gerhard is responsible for the further expansion of Redeem's business in Central Europe.
Head of Sourcing Nordics and Baltics.
Fredrik joined Redeem in August 2017. He has great experience building and growing business on a geographical scale especially in Europe, South America and South East Asia. Fredrik has 20 years experience of telecom and online business and has spent 10 years at Verizon managing their European outsourcing rollout. He is responsible for all sourcing activities in the Nordics and Baltics.
