Title: Key account manager
Reports to: Managing Director Nordics

The main aim of the role is to support Redeem in developing exceptionally strong partner relationships to help maximise the growth within accounts.
In addition you will be required to support the business in helping to capture and win new business, developing strong and creative pitches and presentations to help maximise the Redeem’s revenue opportunities.
You will be responsible for supporting and achieving the business targets and goals within the assigned account and achieving all KPI’s and GM targets.
Support our partners and channel owners to drive a proactive plan per area aligned to overall targets.
Collate, analyse, monitor and drive activity to maximise partner campaigns to ensure they are on track to meet expected financial and commercial terms.
Support on the adoption of agreed plans and to roll out agreed strategies
Regularly review strategy and business performance with your clients and present performance internally.
Undertake any ad-hoc projects/work as requested.
Support successful launches by working with multiple departments (internal and external stakeholders).
Work with internal teams to ensure they are kept informed of development plans and are fully engaged to support.
To respond promptly and professionally to client needs (existing and new).
To research and prepare historical, financial and factual data relative to a specific current or potential client and to assist with the preparation of client meetings and presentations.
To work closely with other team members and to lead departmental meetings, where appropriate, to ensure that all relevant information is transmitted.
Lead programmes and initiatives across all channels within your account.
Represent Redeem at Client meetings, forums, reviews and other business gatherings
Generate strong business pipeline to generate planned order volume
Lead the team to achieve business objectives and KPI’s
Assist with internal training and deliver required literature requirements
Personal Skills and Key Competencies Required:
Strong commercial experience in managing large corporate accounts preferably within the Mobile sector
Customer focused relationship management experience at a senior level is essential
Effective communicator and influencer with superior analytical skills
Creative, driven and ambitious, with strong project management and customer communication skills.
Ideal candidate will be commercially focused, well organised, pro-active, creative, a good communicator at all levels and results driven.
In this constantly evolving area of the business key responsibilities may need to be modified and the successful candidate will be adaptable and enjoy change
Ability to build rapport/relationships quickly both internally and externally
Demonstratable experience of inspiring, presenting and engaging an audience
Reporting to the MD the role holder must be able to work autonomously, under their own direction and have previous experience at a senior level
Ability to use own initiative but work with others positively to achieve business results
Experience of using analytical, literacy, numeracy and time management skills to impact the success of an organisation
Minimum 2 years’ experience required in similar role
University degree in relevant subject area preferred
Telecoms, Retail, Technology industry experience preferred
Computer literate with a good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
Strong language skills in Swedish and English
