Trevor Bayley is Chairman and majority shareholder of Redeem Holdings Limited. Prior to setting up Redeem in 2011 Trevor spent 27 years in the financial services (mergers and acquisitions – M&A - and private equity). He was a founding partner of the private equity firm HgCapital where he worked for nineteen years in London and Frankfurt. He has an MA in Economics from Trinity College, Cambridge and is a Chartered Accountant.
Chief Executive Officer.
Paul's career to date includes proven success in strategic, commercial and operational roles at leading international businesses, together with hands-on experience of M&A, from deal through to integration. Paul joins from Glory Global Solutions, where he became CEO following the acquisition of Talaris. Paul began his career at Diageo, taking senior roles before moving on to Smith & Nephew and latterly Talaris where as CEO he led the transition of the company to its new owners.
Chief Commercial Officer
Mark Chambers joined Redeem Holdings limited as a Non-Executive Director in 2012 following the acquisition of EMC, the B2B recycling specialist. Mark held the position of Chairman prior to the acquisition of EMC and in November 2012 he took up the position of Chief Commercial Officer completing the Redeem Holdings Limited Management restructure.
He has over 20 years’ experience as a CEO of private equity backed IT, software & services companies as well as having a track record in M&A, executing a number of successful acquisitions, exits and market consolidation strategies
Chief Financial Officer
Oliver Tedcastle joined the board of Redeem Holdings Limited in March 2014 as Chief Financial Officer from EMC where he held the position of Finance Director. He is a Chartered Accountant, with post qualification experience, in practice and commercial finance roles as well as being qualified with mid-tier firm UHY Hacker Young. Previous to this he held senior positions at Ernst and Young for four years and held the position of Senior Finance Manager at Perceptive Informatics (pharmaceuticals).
Director of Group Business Development.
Simon has a Master’s in Business Management and Marketing and has been with Redeem for over 12 years, playing a pivotal role in shaping and growing the businesses take-back strategy. He has had various roles including Director of Marketing and Director of Commercial Development. Currently he leads the Group Business Development function on MNO & Retail across all aspects of new business, client delivery and account development.
Director of Group Business Development
Simon has 25 years’ experience in the mobile phone industry, having begun his career with Hutchison Telecom ad then Orange from 1991-2003. He co-founded electronics recycling services company ShP Limited in 2003 and became its sales and marketing director. More latterly in January 2016 he left ShP to set-up his own consultancy, Asset27, to pursue new opportunities within the IT and mobile market. Simon began consulting for Redeem in June 2016 before joining full-time in September to manage and develop its corporate and industry business.
Director of Group Marketing and Online Strategy.
Richard has over 14 years’ experience in marketing and online sales managing multinational brands and businesses across Europe. His previous experience includes roles within Telefónica, Digital River and Aspen Insurance with multichannel marketing experience and a strong focus on digital. His current responsibilities including day to day management of the Group Marketing function and responsibility for Group’s C2B2C strategy.
Managing Director – Iberia.
Raul has over 30 years' experience in the consumer electronic industry. He joined Redeem in 2014 following roles in Polaroid, Canon and most recently Ericsson Mobile Iberia and Sony Ericsson Iberia where he was Managing Director. He is currently Managing Director for our Spanish Operation located in Madrid.
Husni El Assi
Managing Director - Middle-East.
Husni has significant experience in sales and marketing within the telecom consultancy field as well as the consumer and field marketing industry with a successful track record within a Director position at a field marketing agency based in Dubai. He has lived in Dubai for 30 years and has over 25 years’ experience in the IT and telecoms industry including a Head of Business Unit role for Ericsson and Sony Ericsson Mobile phones & Accessories.
Managing Director – Nordics.
Peter joined Redeem in January 2017. He has over 25 years of managerial experience, having worked in senior roles at a number of companies, across different sectors, with a specific focus on industrial manufacturing. Peter joins Redeem from NAF AB, a Swedish manufacturing business. Peter also has experience working for Relacom, the leading provider of telecoms network services to the likes of TeliaSonera, Tele2, Telenor and Ericsson.
Peter will be responsible for the further expansion of Redeem’s business in the Nordics which works with all the major network operators in the region.
Director of Group Finance.
Tiziana joined Redeem in July 2015. She is a Chartered Accountant with over 17 years’ experience in commercial finance, financial accounting and reporting & compliance, living and working in both the UK and Australia. She spent eight years at KPMG working across a variety of disciplines including audit, forensic investigations and transaction services, 7 years in a range of industry sectors including Financial Services, FMCG and Retail.
Director of Group Human Resources.
Julian joined Redeem in 2014 to take on responsibility for leading our HR change agenda across all Redeem’s global sites. He brings with him 23 years of market knowledge and experience including roles in Global blue chip firms such as Mars, Diageo and Muller. He has held positions in HR covering 18 years. These include roles in Organisation Design, Restructuring, M&A, Resourcing & Talent Management, Communications/Culture Development and L&D.
Director of Group IT
Roger has over 20 years’ experience in senior management roles in IT. He joined the company in April 2017 with responsibility for all of the IT teams across the Redeem Group. He is tasked with establishing the company’s future IT vision in line with Redeems growth strategy. Previously, Roger has led IT teams at RR Donnelley, Schawk and Seven Worldwide, amongst others, working with many multinational companies delivering strategic IT initiatives driving added business value through the use of technology.
