Accreditations.

It is our priority to ensure that our business activities follow best practice procedures. Standards are important to us and provide our partner companies and clients with a sense of confidence in our commitment to responsible business activities, and internally provide us with the framework for everything we do. Our processes are designed in accordance with the quality standards set by our ISO manuals for quality, environmental management and information security management to ensure best practice is applied throughout.

 

ISO 9001 Quality Management System.

ISO 9001 is the internationally recognised standard for the quality management of businesses. It applies to the processes that create and control the products and services we supply. It prescribes systematic control of activities to ensure that we meet the needs and expectations of our customers.

 

ISO 14001 Environmental Management.

ISO 14001 is the internationally recognised standard for the environmental management of businesses. It prescribes controls for those activities that have an effect on the environment. These include the use of natural resources, handling and treatment of waste and energy consumption.


 

ISO 27001 Information Security Management.

ISO 27001 is the international standard describing the best practices for an information security system. This is an accredited certificate that tells our existing and potential customers that Redeem have defined and introduced an effective information and security process, to enable a trusting relationship. ISO 27001 certification ensures that Redeem keeps its information security up to date, therefore continuing to ensure its ability to operate.

 

The Carbon Trust Standard.

Redeem has been recognised for its environmental performance by the Carbon Trust, an organisation with a mission to accelerate the move to a sustainable, low carbon economy. Redeem has been awarded the Carbon Trust Standard, which recognises reductions in a company’s carbon emissions and has also been awarded the Carbon Trust Waste Standard, which recognises improvements in waste management practices. Both awards are for all the company’s operations in the United Kingdom.


 

 

Approved Authorised Treatment Facility (AATF).

As an approved AATF, Redeem are proud to be part of a nationally approved environmental recycling program. Dedicated to reuse, our services and solutions work in union with the WEEE regulations which form the basis of our global recycling protocol.

Blancco Mobile Gold Partner.

Redeem’s service offering provides secure data erasure procedures for all mobile/smart phones, laptops, tablets and IT equipment as standard. 
As a Gold Partner of Blancco our premium service includes data erasure via Blancco software offering Blancco Mobile for mobile/smart phones and tablets and Blancco 5 for laptops.


T11 Exemption Certificate.

This exemption is required to allow Redeem to repair or refurbish various types of WEEE so that this or any dismantled parts can be reused for its original purpose.

Waste Carrier License.

Any person or company that wishes to transport waste as part of a commercial activity has been required to register as a Waste Carrier. This certificate confirms that Redeem have approval and can ensure legislative compliance with all movements of waste.
